Trade Sphere Ltd, 12 Liberation Link, Airport Residential Area, Accra, is the data controller for this storefront and for the trade services we operate between Ghana and China.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone, delivery address), order and payment records, support and dispute correspondence, and basic device information used to keep the storefront secure.
Why we collect it
To process orders and payments, arrange freight and customs clearance, deliver goods, honour warranties, answer enquiries, resolve disputes and meet Ghanaian tax and import record-keeping obligations.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Paystack and mobile money by MTN and Telecel. Trade Sphere never stores full card numbers or mobile money PINs. Payment providers receive only the data needed to authorise a transaction.
Sharing
We share the minimum necessary with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and last-mile couriers to fulfil an order. We do not sell personal data. Cross-border transfers between our Accra and Guangzhou offices are limited to order fulfilment.
Retention
Order, invoice and customs records are kept for six years as required for trade and tax compliance. Support chats are retained for two years. Marketing consent is retained until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, withdraw marketing consent, or request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep. Email privacy@tradesphere.africa and we respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and session working. Analytics is limited to aggregate page and product performance.
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, access to order data is role-restricted to staff who need it, and payment credentials remain with our licensed payment partners.
