1. Who we are
Trade Sphere Ltd is registered in Ghana with a sourcing and consolidation office in Guangzhou, China. These terms apply to storefront purchases, sourcing mandates and service bookings.
2. Pricing and payment
All storefront prices are quoted in Ghana cedis and include VAT where applicable. Orders are confirmed once payment clears through Paystack, MTN MoMo, Telecel Cash or bank transfer. Wholesale tiers apply from 20 units and are confirmed in writing.
3. Lead times
Items held in Tema dispatch same day and deliver in 1–3 working days nationwide. Guangzhou-sourced items ship in about three weeks by sea or six days by air. Stated lead times are estimates, not guarantees.
4. Duties and clearance
For delivered-duty-paid quotes, Trade Sphere settles duties at Tema or KIA. For ex-works or FOB mandates, duties, levies and demurrage remain the customer's responsibility. Regulatory changes are passed on at cost with documentation.
5. Delivery and inspection
Inspect goods on delivery and note any damage or shortage on the delivery sheet. Claims for damage or shortage must reach our resolutions desk within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Returns and warranties
Unopened, non-consumable items may be returned within seven days in original packaging. Consumables, pharmaceuticals and cold-chain goods are non-returnable once released. Devices carry a 12-month supplier warranty serviced from our Accra workshop.
7. Regulated products
Pharmaceuticals and medical devices are supplied only to buyers holding the relevant Ghana FDA or professional authorisation. We may request documentation before releasing an order.
8. Service bookings
Consulting, training and R&D engagements are scoped in a written statement of work. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at 50% of the session fee.
9. Disputes
Raise disputes through the support desk first; we aim to confirm an outcome within one working day and to close cases within ten. Unresolved matters are governed by the laws of Ghana and heard in Accra.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time your order or booking is confirmed.
